Monica is a Professor with the Department of Theatre & Cinema where she has designed costumes and lights over the past twenty years. Monica teaches Costume Design, Makeup, Costume Construction and Period Styles & Movement. In the past Monica has designed for Mt. Holyoke College Summer Theatre, Mill Mt. Theatre, Virginia Tech summer seasons and the Radford University's Summer Arts Conservatory. The past several summers Monica has worked as a faculty advisor for the Universities Quest program. She is a member of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT), USITT Southeast Section (USITT-SE) and Costume Society of America (CSA). In her down time Monica studies dressage.
